UBI banca su provvedimento Consob

Milano, 28 luglio 2020 – Con riferimento al provvedimento Consob n. 21460 del 27 luglio 2020,
pubblicato dopo la chiusura dei mercati, che ha stabilito una proroga di 2 giorni del periodo di
adesione all’offerta ISP, UBI Banca conferma che, anche alla luce della motivazione Consob, la
Banca ha agito sempre in coerenza con le richieste dell’Autorità, rispettando tempestivamente quanto
da essa raccomandato.

Milan, 28th July 2020 – With reference to Consob resolution no. 21460 of 27 July 2020, published
after markets close, which establishes a 2-day extension of the expiry of the acceptance period of the
ISP offer, UBI Banca confirms that, also in light of the Consob motivation, the Bank has always acted
consistently with the Authority’s requests, promptly respecting its recommendations.
